Question:
Why do people and businesses hire you as their consultant?

Answer:
The selection process is based on knowledge of the industry, credibility, work ethics, and a history of successful results.

I understand the industries in which my clients operate and I remain current on the issues affecting those industries. I bring a range of skills and value-added services to the table and I convert them into tangible benefits for my clients. I take a holistic approach to solving the clients' needs / problem(s) until they are in control of their business and personal finances; and I contribute to their strategic thinking as they plan for the future. My client list reads like the guest list at a prestigious award ceremony.

 

Question:
Do you refer clients to other businesses? Does your company have a referral program? If so, please explain.

Answer:
I refer clients to other professionals and businesses and I can arrange for celebrities to make personal appearances at special events. Tell me what you would like me to do for you and the size of your budget. Why would you want to work hard and wait for many years to reap the reward when you can easily "cash in" on our success and become successful quickly? I have endorsed books and clothing lines. I have a team of advisors that scrutinize the products, history of the people behind them, quality, content, and price and issue their approval or disapproval. I use the results from their approval to position the product. My personal recommendation, guarantee, and company signature logo are powerful endorsements. They are like the "Good Housekeeping" seal of approval or the "Motor Trend" car approval. Here is a quote from one of my students who has done over $1 million in sales in her first year in a new location. "I opened my second store to accommodate upscale shoppers and my collections are flying off the racks... Thanks for believing in me and thanks for being there for me." This is proof that even if someone has a "home-run" strategy to sell their products, they need to support their strategy with powerful endorsements from reputable individuals or companies that their buyers can research or communicate with. This is a similar situation whereby someone who has the right credentials is required to have recognized references to get the job.

You are qualified to practice other professions. Why did you choose to focus your practice on taxation?

Answer:
My other qualifications have given me the opportunity to meet a lot of people and obtain business from them, but I had been practicing taxation for many years before I had those other qualifications. I have been practicing taxation for over 25 years. I started during the time of income averaging (Form 1040 Schedule G) and during the time when married taxpayers were qualified for a special deduction on Schedule "W" and on Form 1040 line 29.
Practicing taxation has opened a lot of doors for me and it has brought me a lot of financial planning business because everybody, including the rich and famous, is concerned about disposable income and wealth transfer taxes. Some of my greatest achievements have been in the field of taxation. I have made money and become famous practicing taxation. It gives me the flexibility to make money in other niches and take vacation whenever I want to. The market may be competitive like other markets are around the world, but government statistics have shown an increase in the number of taxpayers. There isn't a shortage of clients in this market. Why should I abandon this profession?

 

Question:
A lot of competitors have entered the tax preparation business. Aren't you nervous about the competition?

Answer:
No. We provide an array of services to U.S. and foreign companies. I have signed contracts with several established companies that allow us to cross-market our services to our respective clients, thus keeping our name current in the marketplace. Also, every day millions of consumers around the world are searching the Internet and hiring reliable service providers who are familiar with their industries. My company is accessible from anywhere in the world via the Internet and I advertise in several newspapers and trade magazines. The services I offer are clearly explained. They are in demand because they are interconnected to other business/economic sectors. I have a proven track record of over 25 years for delivering services that meet clients' expectations.
